Project Cars For Sale has found a neat 1968 Dodge Super Bee tribute car to share with everyone today. The Dodge Super Bee was originally based on the design of the Dodge Coronet. The Super Bee was on showroom floors from 1968 through 1970. The Super Bee name came from its “B Body” designation which was given to all of the Mopar mid-sized cars which also included the Plymouth Road Runner and Dodge Charger. So what we have here is a 1968 Coronet that has been cloned into a 1968 Dodge Super Bee tribute car. One of the coolest things about the Super Bee is the Super Bee emblem featuring a bee with wheels for legs doing a big burnout! This car is a 383 cubic inch Dodge Big Block with a Pistol Grip shifted automatic transmission. Per the seller it has undergone a complete cosmetic restoration and the paint, interior and undercarriage of the car look great. What Project Cars For Sale has today is what could be one very unique and rare car. It is reported to be an original 1966 Plymouth Belvedere HP2 car. In 1966, Plymouth built fifty (50) HP2 Belvedere II Hemi cars. Few are known to survive, as many were primarily used for drag racing. This car is reported to be an original Hemi four speed car with a 4.10 rear gear. In factory original condition, bench seat, with heater and radio. It is reported to have only 11,712 original miles. It was raced until 1974, and has been in three private collections since that time. The 1966 Plymouth Belvedere was painted and semi restored by Restorations by Julious in California during 1985 when the car had 10,000 miles. The car has original chrome and original glass. This car appears to be in great original condition.
